Single Player: If your are a single player or players looking for a team to join. Please email, Rodney Jacques - Tournament Director at: sdcup@sandiegocup.com to discuss options available to you in the mens, womens, recreational, or police/fire divisions.

 


Teams: Teams that wish to register are required to fill out the online form by August 1, 2009

 

A team fee of $500.00 US dollars due at the Captains Meeting on October 15, 2009. The team fee is payable in cash or travelers check.

 

All fields are required, DO NOT USED CAPS. Enter your team name exactly as you want it displayed for the tournament.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: If accepted to participate in the San Diego Cup Soccer Tournament, we agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless, San Diego Cup, officials, coaches, referees, sponsors, or any other representatives from any action brought about through claims, law suits, or any type of judgements that may arise out of any injury physical or monetary to the above named participants on this team.
 
Limited refunds will be given for tournament cancellation due to acts of God
