Airport Transfers
The majority of the hotels for San Diego Cup 2009 have FREE airport shuttle service back and forth from San Diego International Airport.
Bus or Train transportation from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
BUS - Major bus companies have large shuttle buses that run from Los Angeles airport to San Diego airport on a regular basis.
TRAIN - Shuttle vans operate from LAX to Los Angeles Union Train station. Teams or players can catch a 2 hour train directly south to San Diego Santa Fe Train Depot from Union Station.
Amtrak Train Service
Amtrak Trains have a Transit hub in the historic Santa Fe Depot located downtown near the waterfront. The Pacific Surfliner Train runs north and south along the California Coastline. The Surfliner can be picked up in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and taken directly south to San Diego in one day. San Diego Metropolitan Transit System
The City of San Diego has a great public transit system. Trains and buses run throughout the city. The soccer fields and hotel are close to all activities, sights, and the beaches. Most transit times are about 10 minutes to each location. The San Diego Cup hotels are conveniently located by the bay and on a major transit route between the beaches and downtown.
